These are my favorite sandals. They have great soles that grip very well. There are 3 adjustable straps to help when you start to get warm spots on your feet. You can then adjust the individual strap to make it loose before a blister forms. I love them. They’re my #1 gear I own and have to take hiking with me. – Keri
