Garmin inReach Mini GPS Satellite Communicator

We purchased this for our overlanding adventure so our family could track us and we could send messages when we were out of services for an extended period of time so they know we are okay.  It’s been fun for them to see exactly where we are and where we have been.  It does require a subscription through Garmin as well, but it’s been really great.
